Privacy Policy

Payments for regular classes are collected on a monthly basis, on the first day of the calendar month. Classes run term-time only, however payments continue throughout the holidays on a monthly basis.

Fees are charged at £20 per month for our mini Express and Express Arts classes and

£25 per month for our Express Train Class, payable on the 1^st of every month.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund missed classes, if your child is unable to attend for any reason. If classes are cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavour to provide an additional session to ensure that all sessions paid for are adhered to, however this will not always be possible.

WE TEACH 40 classes per year

EXAMPLE: IF YOU PAY £20 per month x 12 months = £240 per year

£240 / 40 classes = £6 per class

Payment can be arranged by either standing order or BACS transfer to:

-Or alternatively, cash payment in an envelope on the first session of the month, labelled with your child’s name. You can also make a card payment via our booking system on the Class4Kids link.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Express we understand that there may come a time when your youngsters may decide that our classes are no longer for them. If you no longer require a place for your child at Express Performing Arts Academy, we will require three weeks written notice.

This will then allow us to release the place to other potential students. Thank you in advance for your understanding with this.
