Terms & Conditions.

- Parents/Guardians will be unable to enter the venue, we ask that you remain in the car park and a member of our team will greet your child and escort them to the studio

- We ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to the session. We will be unable to allow access to your child before this.

- Children attending class should wear uniform and drinks and coats will be kept in their own holding space throughout the session.

- We would ask that you discuss with your child the expectations of social distancing and hand washing during the session to ensure that they know what to expect. Express Performing Arts Academy are applying social distancing measures of 2m but cannot be held liable if a child cannot adhere.

- All pupils will be asked to sanitizer their hands on entering a building.

- If a child becomes unwell during a class, they will be separated from the group and supervised at 2m. If a member of staff needs to administrate first aid during a class, relevant PPE will be worn. Parents will be called to collect their child immediately.

-If your child is unwell under any circumstance, we ask for your child not attend classes.

-We aim to replicate school ‘bubbles’ however we cannot guarantee all pupils will attend the same school.

-Express Performing Arts Academy are complying with all government guidelines and relevant updates to ensure you child is safe attending weekly classes.
